KGTC offers a variety of ways to communicate with our members and others who are concerned with Gifted Education and other high achieving learners in Kansas. |

The KGTC Listserve
The KGTC listserve, hosted by Wichita State University, is another member benefit. The listserve is used to inform our membership about current events pertaining to KGTC. These events take may forms and include but are not limited to:
Legislative issues: On occasion we receive notices from NAGC about national legislation, that will impact Gifted Education and other high achieving learners. In addition, our own Elaine Wellborn keeps her ear to the ground in Topeka so we can act/react/advocate for our students when necessary.
Learning Opportunities/Professional Development: Parents, teachers and administrators can benefit from the many learning opportunities offered through KGTC. These opportunities are offered to our membership with the “stamp of approval” or endorsement of KGTC from sources that are proven to be highly reliable and are consistent with the high standards which we hold. The latest was an announcement of another presentation in the NAGC WOW series.
KGTC Business: Be the first on your block to learn about what is happening in KGTC, at the annual conference, etc.
PRIVACY STATEMENT: The KGTC listserve is made up of our members and information they have provided. Our members should expect and receive the level of privacy which they deserve when committing this sacred trust to us. Therefore, the listserve list will NEVER be sold or disseminated for any use without the prior authorization of the President of KGTC. Any unauthorized use of the listserve will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law available for electronic piracy.
